Ordering & Custom Pieces

Custom furniture typically requires 8–12 weeks for processing, crafting, and delivery. Delays may occasionally occur due to supply chain factors.

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started—unless there’s a manufacturing defect. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue.

All producst not listed under "In-Stock Items" are pre-orders items. We'll notify you when your order is ready and shipped—note that shipping dates are estimates and may shift.

Shipping & Delivery

Absolutely! For large pieces (like beds, sofas, dining tables, and sideboards), we provide FREE Door‑to‑Door White Glove Delivery in major GTA cities. This service includes delivery, full assembly, placement, and packaging removal.

*Please note that some sales items are pick-up only.

Yes. Outside the free zone, a flat-rate delivery fee of $99 applies. For locations beyond our usual service area, we’re happy to provide a personalized shipping quote via checkout or upon request.

YES! We are happy to provide a personalized quote. Please send an email to csfurniture.ca@gmail.com with your postal code and a list of the items you'd like to purchase. We'll respond with your delivery options as soon as possible. Please note that installation and unpacking are not included.

For a selection of smaller items, we offer delivery by courier to United States.

Yes. For locations beyond our service area, shipping fees may vary. To get an accurate shipping quote, please enter your shipping address at checkout or contact us with your product details and delivery location for a personalized estimate.

Small to medium-sized furniture is deliverable over Canada & USA —white‑glove assembly and packaging disposal are not included for these items.

Returns, Refunds & Defects

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange—but only if the item is defective. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping fees (standard or white‑glove) are non-refundable.

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Rugs and carpets
  • Mattresses
  • Custom-made pieces

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll work to resolve the issue quickly.

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass without receipt, please contact support.

Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours: Eligible for a full refund minus a 3% restocking fee.
  • After 24 hours, up to 7 days: A $100 cancellation fee + 3% restocking fee applies.
  • After 7 days: Orders cannot be canceled.
  • Custom orders: Always final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Warranty

Yes. We stand by the quality of our furniture and provide limited warranties on select items. Warranty terms vary depending on the product type (see below).

  • Sofa frames are covered for 2 years (non-transferable).
  • Bed frames are covered for 1 year (non-transferable).
    These cover manufacturing defects only and start from the date of delivery with proof of purchase.

Standard wear and tear, improper use or assembly, alterations, cleaning damage, environmental misuse, or any mishandling are excluded.

Depending on the case, we may offer replacement parts, repairs, a refund, or an exchange—at our discretion.
